With over 19 years of experience across three continents, Mohammed Saad is a recognized leader in OT cybersecurity and industrial automation. Based in Georgia, USA, his multifaceted career spans academia, hands-on engineering in the energy sector, entrepreneurship, and key leadership roles at industry giants like Honeywell.

At Honeywell, Mohammed was instrumental in establishing an OT cybersecurity business unit in the Middle East and Africa, generating an impressive $10 million in its first year. He went on to lead global cybersecurity strategies, launch innovative products, and expand market reach, contributing to a business exceeding $200 million. His diverse roles included EMEA Regional ICS Migration Champion, OT Cybersecurity Business Development Leader, Head of Global Technical Solution Consulting, Senior Director of Sales and Key Accounts, Operations Leader, and General Manager.

Currently, Mohammed advises asset owners on OT and CIP cybersecurity, supports technology startups with business development, and guides organizations in crafting strategies for innovation, growth, and market leadership. He recently joined CSCS, a pioneering supply chain software startup, as a member of their Board of Advisors, providing strategic guidance on global business development and SaaS strategy.

Mohammed holds executive certificates in Management & Leadership and Strategy & Innovation from the MIT Sloan School of Management. He earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Industrial Electronics and Control Systems Engineering, with advanced studies focusing on Digital Twin, Hardware-in-the-Loop, and Neural Networks.
